Catering Services

Sodexo is committed to making your event a success. Our team of catering professionals is available to assist you with planning every aspect of your event. Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, UCCS favorites and specialty items.

Should you desire a customized menu for your event, we will be happy to meet with you to create a special menu for your specific needs. Our goal is to provide you with the freshest selections of food items, beautifully displayed, served professionally by our highly trained staff as we strive to exceed the expectations of every single guest.

Effective August 1st 2013 Flavors by Sedexo will be launching a new and exciting menus for the start of the fall 2013 semester. Below you can find the new and improved Classic Flavours Catering guide and Community Catering guides.  The Classic Flavours Catering guide will be similar to the current guide that you are use to and  the Community Catering guide is for customers whose event has presentation flexibility and can have the event delivered or picked up, eliminate linens and reduce other add-on costs such as labor and china and these cost savings will be passed along to the customer without impacting the quality of the food.

Please take a moment to preview these new guides and help assist you in your upcoming event planning if you have any questions feel free to contact us. These menus will take effect August 1, 2013 and the old catering menus will no longer be offered at that time.
